How Clean and Safe Is Your Drinking Water?
As you might imagine, many pollutants in the water we drink, cook and bathe with are not eliminated by your municipal water utility. They tell us that contaminates at low levels are acceptable. That's faulty science.
The origin of tap water contamination ranges from agricultural runoff to household chemicals. Add to that the tens of thousands of other modern synthetic chemicals, and you have a working formula for illness and disease.
And bottled water is no different, as most of the brands use tap water and plastic will out-gass chemicals into whatever is in the bottle, whether it be water or food. Your best bet is to fill glass or stainless steel bottles from your home filtration system. Then you'll know your drinking clean, safe healthy water.
A big no-no is refilling plastic water bottles. Unless you sterilize them after use, you'll be drinking bacteria-laden water.

Fluoride

Fluoride disrupts enzyme systems and sensitive G-proteins, the building blocks of our body’s hormone receptors. And it does this even at the low levels in our water supply.
The fluoride used for water fluoridation does not have FDA approval and is considered by the FDA as an "unapproved drug".
The proper use of any drug requires an understanding of how much is too much. Since fluoride is already in many foods and beverages, an estimated total intake of existing fluoride amounts is imperative.
Research shows fluoridation is unnecessary since we're already receiving 300% or more of the American Dental Association's recommended daily amount.
Moreover, the source of fluoride for municipalities is not sodium fluoride, it is the industrial waste product hydrofluosilicic acid.
This waste substance, mostly from phosphate fertilizer production, is often contaminated with cadmium, aluminum, arsenic, lead, or mercury. Minute amounts of these heavy metals make the creation of free radicals in your body soar to extremely dangerous levels. And not a single safety test has ever been performed on hydrofluocilicic acid!
Chlorine and fluoride are just two examples of the many carcinogens in our water supplies.
