I was able to overcome my erectile dysfunction without the use of prescription drugs by adjusting a number of lifestyle factors to make my body healthier. I noticed that since I started smoking cigarettes that my erectile dysfunction was much more prominent, due to the constriction of the blood vessels from the tobacco. After I stopped smoking, my erectile dysfunction became much less prominent. I also started eating a much healthier diet, which was lower in fat. That, along with regular cardiovascular exercise, helped ease or eliminate my erectile dysfunction.
