Multivitamins
For me the best antioxidant supplements are regular multivitamins. As a biochemist I understand that the body needs an array of different nutrients including antioxidants and that vitamins supply many of these nutrients at safe levels. I take one multivitamin a day and feel great. Sometimes if I get busy and forget to take it for a couple days I actually begin to feel a difference. I know there are a lot of products out there that claim great antioxidant benefits, but I believe there is a fine line between enough and too much and I feel that regular vitamins are the right balance for me.
