Resveratrol

I have taken resveratrol supplement from Source Naturals. I took 30 mg per day for 15 days. This antioxidant supplement is known as an anti aging drug. I took it since I came to know about the various benefits of resveratrol that is found in red wine also. Resveratrol is supposed to remove wrinkles, make one younger and fight against critical diseases. Whole idea was to live a healthy longer life. With 15 days of usage, I can’t comment on its promised results but found it certainly better than other antioxidants.
